stayed in studio with loft, spacious and clean. loved the added touch of lemongrass toiletries and lavender balm. enjoyed the heated pools, private beach. regret not using the fire pits. staff friendly and helpful. free shuttle bus very handy. the hotel is in a very good location and near many attractions in tahoe. the room was great and spacious, also very clean and with all appliances needed for the kitchen and also nice products for the toilet. everything went beyond our expectations. when we first booked this place they couldn't guarantee the bed size and we weren't sure it was going to be a bed for my son to sleep on. to our surprise they put us in this amazing unit that had a king size bed, three levels, mezzanine with two full size beds. the living/kitchen area was very comfortable and had everything we needed. good quality furniture and also very spacious. we loved it. we'd definitely go back, specialy if we can request that same apartment. the one bedroom suite was a nice size for a family of four. it was quiet there during our stay which was nice. the front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. the lakefront being a two minute walk from the room is ideal! we were surprised by snowfall so didn't opt to make use of outdoor amenities like pool/hot tub - for another time! also, very close to a plethora of good restaurants

The location is really nice and close to the lake.
I found roaches in the bathroom and on the bed. Maintenance never showed up to fix the TV or dishwasher.

Great location, beachfront access, pools, hot tubs, lovely pier.
Felt really good, no complaints whatsoever.
